1. Application of the general conditions of sale
Any order automatically implies your acceptance of our general terms and conditions of sale. The parties agree that their relations will be governed exclusively by this contract. No special condition may, unless formally accepted in writing by us, prevail over our general terms and conditions of sale. Any contrary condition imposed by the customer will therefore be unenforceable against us in the absence of express acceptance on our part. The fact that we do not assert, at any time whatsoever, any of the provisions of these general terms and conditions of sale, cannot be interpreted as a waiver of the right to assert any of the said provisions at a later date.
2. Price
The prices charged are those in effect at the time the order is registered.Prices are indicated in Euros, excluding tax. Shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.Quetzilla reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.
3. Order taking
The content of the order is that specified in the order acceptance.
Acceptance of the order (product and price) by our company results in the formation of the sale and therefore reservation of the contents of the order.
The works or works put up for sale on the site www.quetzilla.com are for the most part limited edition “pieces”. We pay particular attention to only putting available items up for sale.
However, if an order is placed for an item that has become unavailable, the sale cannot be formed. In the event that payment is made, we will fully refund the amount paid.
4. Billing, payment
Secure payment is made via the PAYPAL platform. You can pay either with your Paypal account or with any credit card, even if you do not have an account.
This system accepts bank cards bearing the following symbols: “CB”, “Visa”, “Eurocard Mastercard”.
5. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are cumulative between different product categories as they will be sent in separate packages.
The invoice for the products will be sent by email when the order is sent.
6. Returns
In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-16 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 clear days from the delivery of his order to return the item delivered for reimbursement. Please return it to us in the condition in which you received it, in its original packaging. Please notify us before making the return. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the contents of the returned order are in the same condition as when they were initially sent, quetzilla.com will send you a refund of the value of the item within 1 to 3 weeks from the day of receipt of the contents of the order.
7. Delivery
Delivery is made within 10 working days from the day of deposit. It cannot occur 30 days after the order, otherwise it will be refunded to the customer.
All works are sent protected in an envelope or postal tube via the Colissimo service of La Poste.
Deliveries are made to the mailbox at the address indicated by the customer. If the package is oversized, it will be delivered to the nearest post office and a notice will be left in the customer's mailbox.
The customer must ensure that they have provided an accurate and complete address. If the delivery address is incorrect and requires quetzilla.com to return the order, quetzilla.com may charge the customer for the administrative and transport costs associated with returning the orders. In this case, the starting point of the new delivery time will be linked to the receipt of the new information regarding the new address.
Please check the condition of the package upon receipt, under no circumstances can the quetzilla.com store be held responsible for any damage during shipping.
8. Liability
quetzilla.com cannot be held liable in the event of non-performance of the contract, in the event of stock shortage or unavailability of the product, force majeure and, in particular, in the event of a total or partial strike, flood, fire or other natural disasters and, in general, any events preventing the proper execution of the order.
